this is a 2-day journal entry. because i din have time to blog yesterday. and i realise that there's pretty much to blog abt yest :))

yesterday, i managed to purchase AMERICAN IDIOT special edition CD in popular's CDRAMA. suprisingly.

and well. the CD is AWESOME. the lyrics are all handwritten by billie except for 2 where tre and mike wrote it.

oh. and there was talent search yesterday. whereby 3 groups sang greenday's songs.

well. as u can see. green day is pretty popular eh.

wanted to make a green day lay. but i figure out that i should probably do it after my prelims yeh.

so when i reached home at about 6 yesterday. i realised that the sun was pretty hot. nice weather to tan. and it was quite pathetic to cycle alone so i went to SWIM.

oh gosh. so by the time i packed the swimming stuff. at ard 630. the sun seemed to vanish. nonetheless, i decided to walk to bedok swimming complex to swim.

initially, it was just a lil cramped with abt 2 classes of kiddies taking up around half of the medium pool. (oh i din want to go to the deep pool. just in case i cant make it there) haha. and then i swam for a few laps.

thereafter, around 720. a few more classes came. and me and some guys and girls. had to swim about 1/8 of the pool. it was dam cramped and our feet were like hitting each other. i think i look the dumbest there. everyone was in pairs or groups except for one pathetic soul. worse still, i din bring goggles as i thought my orange one lookes pretty obiang =X

haha. so by the time i swam finish, my eyes were red.

haha. oh well. wad a day.







Today, after chem ended, spent some time in bugis looking for rong's present. yeah we bought a leaveland wallet from The Wallet Shop. ooh. hope she likes it :)

anyways. im sposed to study chem. oh well oh well. so i hope i can finish it in 2 hrs. thou its pretty impossible. =X. BUT I WANNA GO SHOPPING AT TM with faith. sigh sigh sigh. i wanna get the BILLABONG belt or the BLACK one with silver studs.

But the govt must brace itself for a bigger wave of attacks

I found this article particularly interesting among all the rest of the London strike articles I read this morning. So, to improve my English and yours, I decided to post this up. Happy reading. BTW, this is extracted. I don't have the capability of having the patience to sit here all day to type this lengthy article.

LONDON was spared a second wave of death and destruction by what appears to have been a 1.botched operation by four terrorists seeking to spread fear and 2.mayhem in the city.

As news about the second terror attack in the British capital in two weeks sank in, it came with an ironic sense that London had been "lucky" to have escaped so lightly this time.

Signs are emerging that another massive 3.atrocity was averted only because of the terrorists' sheer incompetence. The question as to why the bombs failed to explode remains crucial to the future of the police investigation.

A particularly interesting indicator may be the fact that in at least some of the attacks, only one 4.detonator was used. Typically, bombers --- and especially suicide bombers --- insert two or three detonators into the explosives, precisely in order to compensate for the possibility that one may fail to trigger off the bomb.

But, whichever explanation turns out to be correct, it is clear the the terrorists were poorly prepared and lacked some of the resources which the previous gang enjoyed when they blew themselves up two weeks ago.

5.Paradoxically, this failure meant that, at least in the immediate aftermath of the attacks, the British security services had to take more, rather than fewer, precautionary measures.

All in all, London was lucky: a new massacre was prevented more by accident that design.

Although the British security services have moved in quickly to hunt down the bombers, there is a barely concealed frustration at the fact that a second series of attacks took place while London remained on its highest possible alert.

The clearly incompetent performance of this operation may provide additional evidence for the theory that it was a rush job, rather than part of a carefully planned campaign.

But the British govt must also be prepared for the other, grimmer possibility: that the two attacks are merely the start of a bigger wave, designed to last for a long period of time and aimed not only at killing, but also destroying the political resolve of the British people and govt.

But, for the moment, the spirit of ordinary Londoners remains unbroken.

purchased the Hit Parade Volume 23 at Robert's Piano. i must say that im indeed quite fortunate to grab one of the remaining two. Cos this book is sold out at other places.

darn. but i still aint trying hard enough to land my fingers on the piano as harmioniously as i could. my fingers are totally poles apart from the computer keyboard fingers and the piano fingers. both are sort of keyboards stuff. but its just a total different feel when i touch them.

not to mention the pile of work accumulating at my desk. in addition, i shall mention the fact that there is this humongous pile of worksheets waiting for their mistress to sort out and dump them in 8 different subjects. undoubtedly, their mistress never tidies them. she doesnt bother about them. just waiting for some bugs to crawl around, before she actually notices the pile accumulating at her desk.

and so, on top of the lousy piano skills, (when my theory is supposedly a grade 7) but practical (grade 4!?), and the homework and that colossal pile of wasteppr (which i only find useful right b4 my prelims), i still haven done any REVISION.

gosh. im really a slacker. a good one at it.

what the hell. i have no sense of timing. nor do i have any organisation skills.
my life just revolves around surfing the net, getting home to sleep, and watching the dumb telly which occupies me every night, esp thurs night when there is superstar, lost, tan pan zhuan jia and The OC.

today. once again dumbass yilin was blabbering abt great plans to go to south africa or some south continent thingy. well. she wanted to go for a backpacking tour yet she still wanted to shop? argh. nono. nvm. thats not the most exciting thing abt this whole thing.

well. so fortunately, i sortof entered her one person dream and we decided to go to Australia at the end of the year. a few of the girls. hopefully. praying that i can seek parental permission to go with a grp of irresponisble friends. but well. since im so responsible. its quite diff to look for someone more responsible or AS responsible as i am:))

so. we are most probably gg on a 1.5-2 weeks trip. and maybe spending half of the duration in the cities and the other half in some countryside. haha. cool eh? so i be able to tan there since its gonna be summer there. i personally prefer to go to those summer beach countries instead of those snowy countries where firstly, no shopping could be done since they are selling winter clothes. secondly, the thick winter coats is thick enough to fill up half a luggage. thirdly, the most fascinating thing that u will be seeing is just some mist coming out from ur mouth when u talk. which u will probably lose interest in that aft a few days.

so well. aft watching the cool OC. im terribly excited abt the trip to Aussie. although the OC setting is in California and we are hopefully heading to Australia.

oh well. theres this trivia u should noe if ure an OC fan. the oc setting was initially supposed to be at NEWPORT beach but however, as newport was ard 40m away from LA. and more production of filming would be higher outside LA. the crew has decided to do the OC beach setting at MANHATTAN beach. but well, they refer to that as NEWPORT anyways. aww. orange county is such a cool looking place. hope to be there one day man.:))

so well, gettin back to our idea of gg to australia. we're gg to do some serious research on it. and i really do hope that my mom and dad will allow me to go on this trip. so i gotta score well for prelims and Os:)!

well. starting the day well was crossing the road thrice and waiting the cab for 15 minutes.

then was to face the dumb cl teacher buay song expressions for 2 periods.

next was to have a piercing and sustaining pain in the thing which is sort of surrounded by intestines and stuff also commonly knows as the stomach that could still be felt right now.

aft that was to do the chem test with a lil stomachache and getting all stressed up and pressurised when mr tan came in at the last 10 minutes, sortof threatening that we better get 40/40 for chem. which is totally impossible for me when i had left 5 qns of chem mcq blank and the last 5 mins.

fortunately, rong dad offered to fetch me and fei home. so well. got home early. as i reckoned that i inhaled too much methane during the test, that led to my momentarily breathing difficulties on my journey home, i cooked 2 packets of instant noodle and also an egg that tasted real funny.

so now im practically bloated and a lot of food is clumping at my large intestines moving rapidly to my rectum.

hmm. and theres so much nonsense gg on every day. check it out at the extras.

great day today. watched FANTASTIC FOUR aft sch at princess with xiao fei.

gosh. i must say that not only are the effects great, the cast is a plusplus.

firstly, jessica alba is pretty hot in that movie. and well. did a further checkup on her. and realised that a movie, On the Blue, that looks pretty cool is coming up during September. aww. the prelim period. but that show looks cool. im so gonna catch it aft prelims. WHEE.

hmm. alrightee. well. sch was practically quite alright today except for the part when i have to drag that pair of ULTRA BIG black shoes today..

and act lk a councillor for once. cos is like HELLo? m i still considered a councillor?!

haha. but well. the benefits arent that great actually. 1 cca point added? maybe.?? nt sure. and is not that u can minus of one pt of ur Olvl mark. is just 1 added to the list of pts u have accumulated from ur cca so that maybe u can achieve ur a2 or hopefully a1 for cca mark. but well. i don really give the mere 1 pt a great damn. cos is like if ure in choir. and u go for syf. um and as usual we get gold or gwh for this yr. u be able to get 2 pts? or maybe even more. nt too sure. but well. it really sucked trying to act like a councillor.

but the gd thing is well.. haha. at least when my name was read out and i was walking on the stage. whew. i heard some screams. fortunately the power sop-marie was there. and she was just sitting at the 2nd row i think. so i could hear her screams pretty distinctly. tgh with some muffled sec3s at the back. whee. so fun. cos i rmb when i was sec2 or 3. everytime my name was called. it will just be some pathetic claps. whoo. kudos to me. i made it :))

haha. yeah. and aft that. the vj tcher called. needa go to sign. so fortunately i met shu wei at mac. then also met up with kind soul ng sx. so he took a cabbie from sch and fetch us to vj. then aft that. kind kind soul ng sx took cabbie and fetch us hm too. well. and we werent really required to pay. haha but the integritious me shall fork out a few cents tmr to pay him? haha.

oh. and today so scary. is like the pple gg for eng prelim oral. and that gugu tiger actually said she din prepared!? WTH. i cant imagine myself gg in without doing so. and my palms will be clammy. with a few big fat butterflies flying within my small intestines and probably at the rectum part. thus sending me to the toilet to pee because of the sudden outbreak of nervousness.

ok. and tmr a great day. geog crustal qns. or shud i say test. nah. the word sort of freak me out. its always like that. so i don really prefer to get above average score for big exams. cos im afraid that if the nxt test i do real bad. well. pple will just say
