Anyway, the workload's piling up like mad seriously. The stress is setting in seriously. Deadlines for all the projects, cases, proposals are just gushing in. Oh man! I need something to look forward to! Haha and kinda regretted agreeing to sign up for canvassing for 2 days next wk. Oh dear!

Alright, gotta do some readings for OB seminar now. Damn! Stop Procrastinating!!

Lum and estelle are off to the netherlands tonight! Omg so lucky. At least they have each other when they're over there! When's my turn coming! I hope I can be in the netherlands in jan 2010 too. Ah, when everything falls into pieces. 

At the end of the day, when it comes down to it, all we really want is to be close to somebody. So this thing, where we all keep our distance and pretend not to care about each other, is usually a load of bull. So we pick and choose who we want to remain close to, and once we've chosen those people, we tend to stick close by. No matter how much we hurt them, the people that are still with you at the end of the day - those are the ones worth keeping. And sure, sometimes close can be too close. But sometimes, that invasion of personal space, it can be exactly what you need.

The weekends flew by just like that. I'm at a loss for words sometimes, when time passes so quickly, when hours seem like seconds and days seem like minutes. Before I know it, reality hits me once again and here I am, back in hall, awaiting the third week of school. Reluctantly, I'm actually counting down to the start of the summer holidays silently in my heart. The new beginning when school starts in August will mark a brand new beginning for me. Many things would have changed by then, and I doubt I can live in my old shadows anymore. Guess I shan't dwell on the way life is, how cruel it is when happy moments always seem to leave us insatiable; always wanting more.

It suddenly dawned upon me that I have not uploaded any halloween photos since last year! I reckon it was too close to the examinations that I actually bid farewell to joyous photo-filled entries and welcomed emo-depressing song lyrics that spammed my blog for quite some time. Sann actually brought us halloween masks and party stuff! I thought the ripper mask that I forced on jia's head was quite a good shot. Haha, it's fun to scare people sometimes, but not all the time (that's for zhao). Haha poor jiajia is always freaked out due to zhao's weird fingers tendencies. (recalls: stayover at kasster's room & the stroll at east coast)

Yesterday, we went to the chalet at ECP to celebrate the farewell for lum, estelle, yining and celebrated miao's birthday! Well, I guess our Plan A&B went quite well. Okay, other than the fact that miao discovered that the pandon sponge cake (which was supposed to end up on her face) was all covered with whipped cream and plastered with a layer of raw prawn shells. HAHA!

Ah, school has started and I'm still feeling like I'm in the holiday mood. Then, I start to think about the possibility of going for an exchange via INSTEP, and that seriously excites me. Not motivating me, at this point in time though. I guess I really need to put in hardwork this sem in order to ensure that I still get to go for an exchange when I'm in year2. Oh well, we'll see how this sem goes. 

I want to go overseas too! So many seniors are leaving/have left/have already returned from their overseas exchange! Sounds so cool. Ahh, 6 shots! We gotta buck up this semester so that we can all go together and travel the world together!

Hey there, guess what. School's finally starting.

Not that I've been anticipating school throughout my holidays, but the first day of school has been ringing in my head since the start of december cos I kind of dread it. And today, I woke up at 8am because the thought of not being able to make a cup of coffee, flip the newspapers, turn on the telly and just laze around saddens me. No more waking up at 12noon; freedom reduced drastically by at least half; no more lazing around pondering what to do. Ahh! School's starting! It's finally hitting me.

Oh boy, I feel like travelling again. I must travel at least once during my next break. A backpacking trip perhaps. I need tons of photos to keep me alive during school term. I survived on a wall full of sydney photos last sem, what about this sem?

Finally, after reading two blogs that inspired me to spend the past 2 hours fishing out photos from facebook and my camera, I decided to start blogging to kick start the new 2009! :D
I'll start from the usual people.
Seriously, the best thing that happened to me ever since I entered VJ is TUP. Without you guys, my days in VJ would be lifeless, and my 3day school week would drop to 1 day school week instead haha. I'm so glad we're still so bonded after these 3 years and we MUST make new year's eve our annual gathering. From dawn's to oliver's to my place this year, I must say every year has been terribly exciting. I can vividly recall events that we spent together since 2006. This really spells how important you guys are to me! I'm thankful for everyone's presence in every little gathering that we've organised! Especially the impromptu meetings that took place during mid dec where I met up with jer, yt, sw like 3 times a week or so. Ah, before I get sentimental, let me start blogging first. There's a long list of events to cover.

First of all, the barbeque at my place on new year's eve!:D

Chng Huhu! Haha thanks for being always (95% nowadays) the earliest! Otherwise, I'd have to buy bbq food from sheng shiong all alone. Oh, and thanks for believing that I'll have the highest salary for just being a postwoman! Ha!
